Ababel Exchange Company is an "B" class exchange company, regulated by the Central Bank of Iraq and the Anti-Money Laundering Authority of the Republic of Iraq.

Ababel Exchange Company offers the following services:

• Domestic/Local Transfers with companies licensed by the Central Bank of Iraq under an Agent/Correspondent Agreement.

• Buying and Selling Foreign Currencies within the price list issued by the Central Bank of Iraq.

• Foreign Currency Window Operations, for obtaining U.S. dollars from the Central Bank through banks and selling them to the public at a rate determined by the Central Bank, to meet the citizens' demands for travel purposes outside the Republic of Iraq.

• Primary Agent for licensed electronic payment service providers by the Central Bank of Iraq for electronic card issuance and recharging, as well as employee salary payment operations.
